(Legacy) Accessing a Kong Konnect Cloud Account

Sign up for Konnect to receive a 30 day free trial of Konnect Plus. After 30 days, you can choose to downgrade to the free version, or continue with a paid Plus subscription.
Set up a new Konnect Cloud account

Go to konnect.konghq.com/register.

On the registration screen, fill in your email address, first and last name, and organization name.
All fields are required.

Create a password.
The new password must be 8 characters long and contain at least two of the following: a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, or a special character.

From your Konnect welcome email, click the link to verify your account.

Sign in to Konnect using your email and password.
Your Konnect Plus free trials starts now.
Konnect notifies you three days before the trial ends. At that point, you can choose whether to continue with Konnect Plus or downgrade to the Konnect Free plan.
Reset password
You can recover a forgotten password from the Konnect landing page.

Access Kong Konnect at https://konnect.konghq.com/.

Click Forgot your password?

Enter your email address and click Recover Password.

From your email, follow the link to reset the password.
The new password must be 8 characters long and contain at least two of the following: a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, or a special character.
